• Location: Wymondham, Norfolk.
• Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week.
• Salary Circa £28,000 to £30,000 p.a.
• Contract: Full Time, Permanent | Hybrid.

Embark on an exciting journey as a Paid Media Specialist at our client dynamic company based just outside of Wymondham, Norfolk.

In this role you will be planning, executing, and optimising paid advertising campaigns across various platforms to achieve specific KPI's & business goals. You will manage budgets, analyse performance data, and make the necessary adjustments to improve the campaign effectiveness driving the success forward.

Preferred Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Paid Media Specialist managing and optimising paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking to measure the success of campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, ad creative, and bid strategies to maximize the impact of your campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present insights to clients.
• Adaptability and a keen eye for detail to navigate the dynamic world of digital marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Certifications in digital marketing platforms, such as Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint, are highly desirable.
• Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the paid media landscape.
